Day 5, 2 Jan 2010. We checked out of hotel around 10.22am & went Yau Ma Tei (油麻地) for breakfast. Yay! Chee Cheong Fun with peanut paste & sweet soy sauce. More of a peanut taste, but it's nice!Here comes our pork chop noodles & Liping's to-die-for ice lemon tea. The rest of us ordered soy milk. Liping's fishball noodles. So much vegetables~ Which is a good thing haha. OMG our pork chop noodles!! I would say it's the best bowl of noodles I've ever had! (Other than cup noodles hahaha) The noodles they used is Mi Tai Mak, a type of noodles made from rice flour. Usually I don't really favour Mi Tai Mak because there's no taste & I only eat that when I'm sick. But I finished the whole bowl of Mi Tai Mak. :D And the pork chop. What is this huh Dharshiney? I forgot already leh . : P 2.35pm. We finally settled down for some dessert after shopping. The argyle sweaters they both bought from Ladies Market. Before we left for the airport around 5pm. 7.54pm. Plane taking off. This was the vegetarian pasta they served us because they only have some beef thingy (which I couldn't take of course) and ran out of the fish thingy. Sadly, I was very disgusted by its appearance haha but it tasted erm abit nice and I finished it. Small yay. Dharshiney & I were watching Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Laugh laugh laugh. It was already midnight when we touched down. Stayed over at Liping's place and Glenny fetched me home the next morning. ^.^v |
